Some weddings are beautiful, and some weddings feel like an experience from beginning to end. Osiris and Ehab's destination wedding in Cartagena, Colombia was exactly that—a vibrant celebration of culture, family, and unforgettable moments set against the historic beauty of one of South America's most romantic cities.
From the moment guests arrived, every detail reflected the magic of Cartagena. The day began with Osiris getting ready at the stunning Casa del Torno 1648, a historic villa tucked within the colorful streets of the city's famed walled center. Surrounded by her closest friends and family, she slipped into a breathtaking Nicole + Felicia Couture gown while anticipation filled every room of the villa.
Their ceremony took place inside one of Cartagena's historic churches, where centuries-old architecture and candlelit aisles created a timeless atmosphere for their vows. The combination of Colombian history, elegant design, and heartfelt emotion made for a truly unforgettable wedding ceremony.
Following the ceremony, guests experienced one of Cartagena's most iconic wedding traditions. Led by Colombian dancers and live musicians, Osiris and Ehab celebrated with a lively wedding parade through the cobblestone streets of Cartagena. As drums echoed through the city and dancers filled the streets with energy, locals and visitors alike paused to witness the celebration. It was a moment that perfectly captured the spirit of a Cartagena destination wedding.
The festivities continued at the luxurious Casa del Conde de Pestagua, one of Cartagena's most celebrated boutique hotels. Beneath the warm Colombian evening sky, family and friends gathered for an emotional dinner filled with heartfelt speeches, tears, laughter, and stories that honored the couple's journey together.
As the evening unfolded, the celebration transformed into an unforgettable party. Colombian aguardiente flowed freely as guests filled the dance floor, while vibrant performers, traditional dancers, and an incredible light show kept the energy alive well into the night. With loved ones traveling from different parts of the world, the wedding became more than a celebration of two people—it became a celebration of two families coming together.
