As far ahead as you can! most people schedule a year in advance and in some cases even two years before.

Nope! All wedding packages include a 50% discount on engagement sessions!

God forbid anything happened to me, I would get a replacement photographer for you and edit the photos myself so that my style still shines through.

YES! It's so important to have a low liability insurance, especially when working in large crowds of people like a wedding!
